What's UP! My name is Ava Hartsell and I am a creative from Chicago, Illinois. I am a student at Virginia Tech, majoring in sports media & analytics and minoring in Digital Marketing Strategy. I have a strong passion for photography, videography, graphic design, & Social media Management. I have previously served as a social media intern for Glenbard West High School Hitter Football and a Video Production Intern for the Chicago Sky. Currently, I am a creative video intern for Virginia Tech Athletics, where I mainly cover the football and men's basketball teams, a multimedia member for PRISM marketing, and a creative for UNCUT Blacksburg. I also pursue work as a freelancer, serving clients such as SLAM, Paragon Marketing, and more.
When I'm not behind the camera pushing any and all buttons, you can probably find me at a concert, solving a Rubik's cube, cheering my heart out for any Chicago team, scouring the internet for the newest pair of Jordans, or playing with my two-year-old maltipoo, Hazyl!!!
